**You can add both a name and number or just a number or just a name.
**If you are ordering multiple items please be sure to list which item you want the add on to go on.
**The add on is per item. If you want the add on to go on multiple items please add the appropriate number of addons.
**Be sure to double check the spelling and #. We WILL NOT remake.
**We will choose the color of the add on to best go with the color of garment.

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with similar colors recommended. No fabric softner. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Do not iron directly on or near design. Do not dry clean.
